All persons intending to attend the Congress must complete a Registration Form. Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Congress Managers on register.hair2022@arinex.com.au.

Early Bird Registrations
To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 5 October 2022.
Student Registrations
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process or emailed to the Congress Managers via email to register.hair2022@arinex.com.au. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.
Exhibitor Registrations
Exhibitors should refer to the Exhibition Manual for registration details.
Accompanying person
An accompanying person is defined as an individual that will go along the Congress with the delegate, this could be a family member or a carer.
Congress Dinner
The Congress Dinner is not included in the registration fee.
Vaccination Requirements
Please be advised that international travellers must be vaccinated in order to travel to Australia.
Travellers must provide proof of vaccination, complete an Australia Travel Declaration, and conduct Pre-departure testing. COVID-19 Quarantine
Arinex is not responsible for any mandatory quarantine fees and travel and border responsibility rests with the individual arriving into Melbourne, Victoria. Please visit the Australian Government Department of Health website for up-to-date information regarding quarantine.

Student Registration

Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.
Name badge
Each member of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Certificate of attendance
All delegates will be issued a Certificate of Attendance upon completing the post-Congress survey.
Credit Card
Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Congress by Arinex’.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at register.hair2022@arinex.com.au.
Registration Fees: Before 18 August 2022 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee. Before 5 October 2022 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 6 October 2022 there will be no refunds.
Accommodation: A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation. One nights deposit is non-refundable at 18 October 2022.
Social: Payments are non-refundable at 6 October 2022.
The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Congress Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
The Congress Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Congress for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.
The Organiser and Host/s of the World Congress for Hair Research 2022 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct here which all attendees are expected to comply with.
